Ms. Shema Anas, the dynamic and committed Headmistress of Girls Middle Section along with her team of highly dedicated and efficient teachers facilitates the developmental needs of young adolescents and in particular their social, emotional and meta cognitive growth. Here, the students are trained to understand, contribute to and succeed in a rapidly changing society by developing both the skills that a sound education provides and the competencies essential for success. By imbibing the qualities of good conduct and self -confidence, a strong value based learning environment is created to empower our young students to be effective learners and good citizens. Girls’ Middle Section is a close – knit unit of 64 resourceful teaching staff and 1670 energetic students led by the able leadership of Head Mistress, all working harmoniously towards the goal, “ TRACE THE BEST PATH FOR SUCCESS.”

An efficient and enthusiastic cabinet of Head Girl, Assistant Head Girl, House Captains, Vice House Captains and Prefects are carefully selected through systematic procedure. They are entrusted with various duties and responsibilities that these young leaders will lead and guide others to become leaders.

Well planned and carefully conducted morning

SPORTS AND GAMES
Physical Education is essential in the
development of motor skills and
enhancement of physical as well as
mental health. Children who
play sports gain confidence and
ability to set goals.They become
better in academics
and leadership qualities.
LIBRARY
Reading is highly encouraged as
it is very essential to develop language
skills, enhance concentration and
encourage a thirst for knowledge,
develop imagination and creativity
and to develop empathy. Moreover,
reading together helps to create a bond.
GMS GUIDES
The Guides Training contributes to the overall development of
our young enthusiastic students so that they can lead others
towards their goals. Various training programmes are organized
to motivate our Guides to build a sense of confidence,
self-esteem leadership skills and teamwork.
TEACHERS’ WORKSHOPS
Regularly conducted in-service training programmes enable teachers
to acquire new understanding and instructional skills. They also improve
efficiency, ability, knowledge and motivation in teaching.
